The marina offers 100, fully serviced, secure berths for motor and sail boats up to 20 metres. With a marina basin of 2.4 metres OD there is sufficient depth for most vessels at all stages of the tide. On shore, marina users are able to relax and enjoy the facilities of the new clubhouse.
Constructed to international standards, the marina comprises secure access gates with CCTV, gangway, floating pontoons and breakwater units moored on the renowned seaflex mooring system. Services to each marina berth will include water, electricity and wifi. Pump-out and diesel fuel facilities are also available.

Winter 1st Oct – 31st March €100.00 per metre + DCC rates @ €40.00.
Summer 1st April – 30th Sept €250.00 per metre + DCC rates @ €40.00.
Monthly €55.00 per metre.
Weekly €17.00 per metre.
Nightly € 3.00 per metre.
PYBC Club Members: Paid up club members are entitled to 5% discount from the above Fee per Metre.
Commercial Berthing Rates: Annual 1st Oct – 30th Sept €560.00 per metre.
Seasonal (6 months) €370.00 per metre.

The above rates are subject to pre-agreed activities only and special conditions, an extra fee of €100.00 per day will be charged where boats occupy a berth without pre-agreement.
Additional Charges: €100.00 per night for accessing a berth which was not assigned, in addition to berthing fees. €70.00 charge for removal of a chain from a boat.
