Learn to Sail 2

Learn To Sail 2 (Improving Skills) is a Poolbeg Yacht and Boat Clubs adult sailing course delivered by qualified Irish Sailing Keel boat Instructors. Learn To Sail 2 covers topics such as clothing & equipment, rigging keel boats, sailing off and onto moorings, sailing techniques and manoeuvres, man overboard recovery, sailing knowledge, coastal knowledge, weather forecasts and safety. By the end of this course, you will be sailing in light wind conditions without assistance from your instructor. If you have completed the Learn To Sail 1 (Start Sailing) course and wish to continue on your sailing quest, this is the course for you.For course dates, please get in touch, and we will do our very best to accommodate your group at a time that works best for you. You can book up to 4 people on each boat.
